This plan is moving away from the old fashioned skinny-fat look and will be more about creating definition with a focus on strength and curves. You will have flatter abs, defined shoulders, tighter arms and a peachier booty by the end of it. Build muscle whilst also shredding away body fat. Achieve The Best Version of You Get stronger, fitter and lean. A 6 week programme with an additional prep week, which you can skip if you are already prepared!
