You will receive workout videos to be completed 5 times a week.

DumbBells or Resistance Bands are required.

Resistance exercise to build that all important metabolism boosting lean muscle

Interval Training for cardio and bone health
NUTRITION

You will receive a delicious nutrition plan and recipes to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.

There will be no Ultra Processed Foods on this plan.
